Dried Fish wont help you get slim

Dried fish is something most Asian or tropical countries are familiar with. Filipinos loved it, we eat a lot of it, you see, poverty in Philippines is a common thing, poor people mostly eat fresh fish and vegetable while some middle class people get to eat chicken and pork almost everyday.

When i was young i really love to eat sardines and noddles and chicken eggs. Canned pork and beans is one of the best instant food we used to have next to sardines. Sardines was a luxury food way back then since we mostly eat dried fish and vegetables, most filipinos are familiar with kamungay or kalamungay.

Hipon and ginamos are really the common food on the table, its salty and looks dirty but it will make you eat for more.. these kinds of foods are hmm i dont know if the term double dead is correct but yes, the concept is to put more salt into it to preserve it for future use. Double dead might sound hamrful and yucky but hey, if you come face to face with hipon and ginamos plus buwad (dried fish) you will salivate fast and will clean the cooked rice in minutes...

since my work is mostly computer related, i sat everyday in our house. Our breakfast is chicken, lunch is pork, dinner is fish, then every middle of it are bread and coke and gatorade, and i have no time to exercise but i have all the time.. haha hard to explain but yes im stuck in the computer all day..

so what all im saying that dried fish will not make you slim? because just today, i eat 3 small dried fish and i almost eat all our cooked rice which is supposed to be for my sister ... haahaha

i thought we can save money by eating back dried fish but im not sure now .... we will see how fat i will be later on and what will be the side effects of me eating a lot of buwad or fried fish..
